HeyReach Review 2026: Multi-Sender LinkedIn Outreach for Agencies
What is HeyReach?
HeyReach is a cloud LinkedIn outreach tool for agencies and GTM teams that run several sender accounts from one workspace. You connect multiple LinkedIn profiles, it rotates sending across them, and replies land in one inbox. LinkedIn caps how much one profile can send. HeyReach's answer is more senders under one operating layer. Product pages: heyreach.io and HeyReach for agencies.
Growth on heyreach.io/pricing is $79 per LinkedIn sender per month. Agency is $999/month. Unlimited is $2,999/month. Teammates, VAs, and client users are not billed as seats. Recheck those numbers on the vendor page before you buy.
It is a weak fit if you only have one LinkedIn account. You are paying for multi-account infrastructure.
Who is HeyReach for?
- Lead-gen agencies running client LinkedIn senders from one login
- Sales and GTM teams rotating outreach across several employee or founder profiles
- Stacks already on Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, Make, or n8n that want LinkedIn as the send step
Skip it if you have one sender and no plan to add more, if you need email and LinkedIn in the same sequencer, or if a DACH client will not accept LinkedIn automation risk.
What does HeyReach actually do?
- Sender rotation: connect multiple LinkedIn accounts and auto-rotate sending (for agencies)
- Unified inbox: replies across senders in one place. HeyReach also says you can keep a client's private messages private
- LinkedIn actions: connection requests, follow-ups, InMails, profile views, post likes, plus "If Connected" branching
- Lead import: Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot, or CSV-style imports. HeyReach is the send layer, not a database
- Email handoff: native hooks to Instantly, Smartlead, and EmailBison. Email is not a first-class step inside HeyReach
- Builder hooks: Clay, HubSpot, Make, n8n, Zapier, API, webhooks, plus an MCP server and CLI
How much does HeyReach cost?
Snapshot from heyreach.io/pricing, September 2026. HeyReach bills per LinkedIn sender.
- Growth: $79/sender/month. Quarterly $71/seat/mo. Yearly $63/seat/mo. Unified inbox, LinkedIn actions, email-tool handoff, 100 enrichment credits per sender, integrations, API/webhooks, workspaces, MCP
- Agency: $999/month. Adds 1,000 enrichment credits, whitelabel, done-for-you onboarding, dedicated Slack. The public card mixes 25-sender and 50-sender copy. Confirm the cap at checkout
- Unlimited: $2,999/month. Adds 3,000 enrichment credits, multi-brand whitelabel as an add-on, migration help, priority support
- Done for you: custom managed service, not software-only
Quarterly billing is 10% off. Yearly is 20% off.
Proxies: the pricing FAQ says Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy per sender. Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own, unless you book a call.
Trial: Growth is 14 days, no credit card, up to 3 LinkedIn accounts. Agency and Unlimited 30-day trials are by request.
Older posts that still quote Agency at $749 or Unlimited at $1,499 are stale.
What does HeyReach not include?
- LinkedIn is still LinkedIn. Automation sits in a grey zone of LinkedIn's terms. More senders increases capacity and operational risk together
- No native email sequence. Budget Instantly, Smartlead, or EmailBison if email is part of the motion
- No prospect database. You still need Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, or a similar list source
- Agency/Unlimited proxy cost is extra if you are not on Growth
- Enrichment credits are capped (100/sender on Growth, 1,000 on Agency, 3,000 on Unlimited)
Should you wait for CaptainMail?
We'd rather run CaptainMail than HeyReach. Same job: LinkedIn outreach. It is still private, so there is nothing you can buy.
Need senders this quarter? Use HeyReach, Expandi, or Dripify. Picking a long-term LinkedIn tool and can wait? Look at CaptainMail first.
How does HeyReach compare to Expandi and Dripify?
HeyReach vs Expandi: Expandi is the usual cloud LinkedIn pick for one or a few accounts, with dedicated-IP positioning and a ~$99/account entry. HeyReach is cheaper per sender once you are running many accounts, and it is built around rotation plus an agency workspace. One sender you care about: Expandi is the more typical recommendation. Agency adding the 12th sender: HeyReach's pricing model is the point.
HeyReach vs Dripify: Dripify is the cheaper single-account / small-team cloud tool. Fine for a test. Not a 25-sender agency OS.
HeyReach vs Clay + Instantly: Different layer. Clay is list and enrichment. Instantly is email. HeyReach is LinkedIn send. Serious outbound stacks often run all three.
FAQ
Is HeyReach a LinkedIn automation tool?
Yes. It automates LinkedIn actions (connects, messages, InMails, views, likes) across multiple sender accounts and rotates sending.
How much does HeyReach cost?
Growth is $79 per sender per month on monthly billing. Agency is $999/month. Unlimited is $2,999/month. Yearly billing is 20% off. Recheck heyreach.io/pricing.
Does HeyReach include email?
Not as a native sequence. It hands off to Instantly, Smartlead, or EmailBison and includes a "find email" enrichment credit pool.
Is CaptainMail a HeyReach alternative?
Yes. It is still private. Use HeyReach, Expandi, or Dripify if you need senders now.
Is LinkedIn automation allowed?
LinkedIn's terms restrict automation. Cloud tools reduce some detection patterns versus a Chrome extension on your laptop. They do not make the activity permitted. If a DACH client cannot accept that risk, do not sell them a sender farm.
Should you buy HeyReach?
Buy it if you need multi-sender LinkedIn this quarter and you already have lists. Pricing on the live page starts at $79/sender/month.
Wait if you want CaptainMail and can delay the purchase.
Pick something else if you have one LinkedIn account, you need email and LinkedIn in one sequencer, or you will not accept LinkedIn ToS risk.
If the actual problem is DACH outbound (ICP, infrastructure, qualification) rather than LinkedIn sender count, book a call.
